This policy follows internationally accepted ethical principles and applies to authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher involved in the publication process.

Responsibilities of Authors

  1. Originality

Authors must submit only original work. Any use of others’ ideas, data, or words must be properly acknowledged through appropriate citation. Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited.

  1. Simultaneous Submission

Manuscripts should not be submitted to more than one journal at the same time. Duplicate or redundant publication is considered unethical.

  1. Data Transparency

Authors may be asked to provide supporting data for editorial assessment and should retain research data for a reasonable period after publication.

  1. Authorship Criteria

Only individuals who have made substantial contributions to the research should be listed as authors. All listed authors must approve the final manuscript prior to submission.

  1. Conflict of Interest

Authors are required to disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence the interpretation of their findings.

  1. Ethical Compliance

Research involving human participants, animals, or potentially hazardous materials must comply with relevant ethical regulations, and official approval should be documented when necessary.

Responsibilities of Editors

  1. Editorial Decisions

Editors determine which submissions are suitable for publication based on academic merit, originality, clarity, and alignment with the journal’s scope.

  1. Impartial Evaluation

Manuscripts are assessed solely on scholarly content without discrimination based on personal characteristics or background.

  1. Confidentiality

Editors and editorial staff must protect the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and not share information beyond the necessary parties.

  1. Disclosure and Integrity

Editors must not use unpublished materials from submitted manuscripts for personal research without written consent from the authors.

Responsibilities of Reviewers

  1. Support for Editorial Process

Peer reviewers assist editors in making informed decisions and help authors enhance the quality of their manuscripts.

  1. Timeliness

Reviewers should inform the editor promptly if they are unable to complete a review or lack the appropriate expertise.

  1. Confidential Handling

Manuscripts under review must be treated as confidential documents.

  1. Objective Assessment

Reviews should be fair, constructive, and free from personal criticism.

Handling Misconduct

The journal will carefully examine any allegations of ethical violations, including plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, citation manipulation, or other misconduct. If confirmed, corrective actions such as issuing corrections or retracting the article may be taken.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a thorough and systematic peer review procedure to uphold high standards of academic excellence, originality, and research integrity.

  1. Initial Editorial Evaluation

Upon receipt, each submission is first assessed by the Editor-in-Chief or an assigned Associate Editor. This preliminary evaluation aims to determine:

  • The manuscript’s alignment with the journal’s aims and scope;

  • Adherence to submission guidelines and formatting requirements;

  • Originality, including screening for textual similarity;

  • Compliance with ethical principles in research and publication.

  • Submissions that fail to satisfy these fundamental requirements may be declined without proceeding to external review.

  1. Double-Blind Review Process

Manuscripts that pass the initial evaluation are forwarded to a minimum of two independent reviewers who possess appropriate expertise in the subject area.

The journal implements a double-blind review system, ensuring that the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the evaluation process to maintain impartiality and reduce potential bias.

  1. Assessment Criteria

Reviewers are invited to provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback, considering aspects such as:

  • The originality and scholarly contribution of the study;

  • The clarity and relevance of the theoretical framework;

  • The appropriateness and rigor of the research methodology;

  • The accuracy and robustness of data analysis;

  • The importance and implications of the findings;

  • The relevance and adequacy of referenced literature;

  • The clarity, organization, and academic quality of writing.

Based on their evaluation, reviewers recommend one of the following outcomes:

  • Acceptance without revision;

  • Acceptance subject to minor revisions;

  • Major revisions required (revise and resubmit);

  • Rejection.

  1. Revision Procedure

When revisions are requested, authors must submit a revised version of the manuscript along with a comprehensive, point-by-point response addressing each reviewer comment.

Where necessary, the revised manuscript may be returned to the original reviewers for further assessment.

  1. Editorial Decision

The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision after carefully considering the reviewers’ reports, the authors’ responses, and the overall academic merit of the submission. The Editor’s determination is final.

  1. Production Stage

Following acceptance, manuscripts enter the production phase, which includes copyediting, typesetting, and proofreading. Authors are provided with page proofs for final review prior to publication.

Plagiarism Policy

The journal is dedicated to preserving academic integrity and strictly prohibits any form of plagiarism. All manuscripts submitted for consideration must be original works and must appropriately acknowledge all sources.

Plagiarism encompasses the unauthorized use of text, data, images, or ideas without proper citation, as well as self-plagiarism, duplicate submissions, and redundant publication.

Each submission is evaluated using plagiarism detection software before entering the peer review process. Manuscripts identified as containing substantial or unethical similarity will be declined.

In cases where plagiarism is detected after publication, the journal will take necessary actions in line with internationally recognized ethical standards, including those outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics, which may include issuing corrections or retracting the article.

Authors bear full responsibility for the originality of their work and for ensuring accurate and complete referencing.

Use of Generative AI

The journal allows the limited use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools for purposes such as language refinement, grammar checking, or formatting assistance. Nevertheless, AI must not substitute for the authors’ intellectual input or be employed to create research data, analyses, references, or scientific interpretations.

Any use of generative AI beyond basic language editing must be transparently disclosed within the manuscript, specifying the name of the tool and its intended function. Authors bear full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the submitted work.

AI tools are not eligible for authorship. All editorial evaluations and publication decisions are conducted exclusively by human editors.

Non-compliance with this policy may lead to manuscript rejection or post-publication retraction.
